Wancher Calendar

🌿 Campaign Background:

Wancher Calendar was part of Wancher Inc.'s year-end campaigns in the Happy Holipen series.

The campaign idea was inspired by the viral trend of Advent calendars for Christmas on social media in recent years. Recognizing the scarcity of fountain pen brands offering Advent calendars, my team and I decided to introduce the Wancher Calendar as a refreshing online campaign to close out 2023.

🖋 Campaign Goal:

  • Boost year-end revenue

  • Enhance website traffic and conversion rates

  • Address underperforming products

  • Mainly focus on Instagram, Mailchimp and Website

🌸 Creative Process:

  • Create a Christmas-themed calendar using the two primary colors of the season, red and green, aimed at boosting Instagram impressions and engagement.

  • Segment promotional content into two categories:

    • Regular deals to maintain order rates.

    • Special deals offering significant discounts, free items, or coupons for future purchases to drive sales and increase impressions.

  • Write copy for Instagram, Facebook, and Campaign Landing Page. Maintain consistent interactions with followers on all platforms.

  • Capture high-quality photos of Wancher products, and create visually appealing and
    enticing digital content for the brand's social media accounts and website.

⭐️ Results:

  • High-quality photos with the daily deals and newsletter drove traffic to Wancher website and increased brand awareness.

  • ​Total sales experienced an impressive 8% boost, with a remarkable 12% increase in returning customer rate compared to the previous year.

  • Strategies led to a robust 16% increase in online store sessions from the previous year.
